Delete Account
You can delete your EmptyNet™ account at any time. This page explains what gets removed and how to do it.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the App
Launch EmptyNet™ on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings
Tap your profile photo to open your profile, then tap the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account. You'll be shown what data will be removed before you confirm.
Confirm Deletion
Confirm twice to permanently delete your account. If you have pending payments or payouts, those must be resolved first.
What Gets Deleted
Profile & personal information
Game history & bookings
Retained as historical records
Messages & conversations
Retained for other participants and historical records
Ratings & reviews
Retained as historical records
Saved payment methods
Managed separately by Stripe
Push notification tokens
Financial transaction records
Retained as required by law (7 years)
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Accounts with unresolved pending payments or active payouts must resolve those before deletion is permitted.
Can't Access the App?
If you no longer have access to your device or account, email us and we'll process the deletion for you within 30 days.
